NIMIS'S OVEN

It all started in 1938, when our grandma, Rose, began baking cakes, in the small town of Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli, to support the Guild of Service in raising money for injured soldiers and war veterans. She was known for flavorful, mouth-watering cakes, that were baked using the healthiest ingredients. As a President of the Women's Club, she sold her cakes in various fund-raising events, and generously donated the proceeds. What started as a hobby soon became a passion and a business. This rich tradition continues on; at NIMI'S OVEN where Old meets New and Good Health meets Great Taste.
