'JaiMahee' Jayaraman hails from NachiarKoil near Kumbakonam. he started off his career as a driver working for Organizations like Pallavan Transport Corporation, Sivananda Gurukulam, TSR & Co After working as a driver for 12-13 years, he joined Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Chennai Harbour as a Sub-Inspector for 5 years. During his tenure he was posted in the north eastern states. Wanting to be closer to his home, and friends, he decided to return to chennai and started on his own. After a stint in coconut trading, he took up the assignment of conducting a friend's sister's wedding at Tirupati. Success in the assignment , gave him the confidence to pursue to catering services on a full time basis. With support from friends and relatives, he started the catering services in 1987.
